The Role

Manage Revenue Cycle Management operations (Collections & Denial Management) for US healthcare clients.

Take ownership of KPIs (productivity, quality, compliance) and drive results.

Lead with initiative in a fast-paced, learning-focused environment.

Ensure all operations adhere to compliance and regulatory standards.

Actively contribute to Pentavia’s culture of integrity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
The Person

Strong command of English (written and spoken).

A degree or professional qualification from a recognized institution.

Proficiency in Windows, MS Office, and technology tools.

Proven analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

Flexibility to work in US business hours (7 PM – 4 AM, Monday to Friday).

Prior experience in the RCM industry is mandatory for this senior role.
