The Role

Handle Revenue Cycle Management operations (Collections & Denial Management) for US healthcare providers.

Deliver on KPIs with a strong focus on quality, compliance, and productivity.

The Person

Excellent command of English (written & spoken).

A degree or professional qualification in any discipline.

Proficient in Windows, MS Office, and tech-savvy by nature.

A fast learner with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Willing to work in US business hours (7 PM – 4 AM, Sri Lanka time).

Prior RCM experience is a plus, but not mandatory — the right attitude matters most.
